My favorite thing about iRCM is that it’s incredibly easy to use and it has many features, which I really appreciate. I can easily access patient data. The user interface is very intuitive and easy to navigate. It takes a little bit of time to get familiar with all the features because there are so many. It is not as in depth as other programs. Recommendations to others considering the product:Make sure you know exactly what you need from an EMR before purchasing one! We have realized that while this program was great at meeting our needs, we actually needed something more comprehensive. For our purposes, a more robust system would be best.
