This worked for about a month and then started working in 3 seconds. I read the brochure, googled some troubleshooting tips but nothing helped. Aside from my title, remember that this is the first time I've used it today; It took about 10 hours to charge. It's VERY VERY easy. It doesn't stand on its own as the handle itself can be moved right/left/flat. If you plan to put it somewhere it can stand on its own, position it so the handle won't get in the way of a trip.
