I like that it's easy enough that anyone can manage their employee records, but still powerful enough to get things done at scale. It doesn't have all of our specific needs yet (such as payroll), so we're using other systems in parallel while they work out what else they need from us! The customer support they are so kind, I have no problem with that part of their service! They even respond really fast once you contact them. Their interface could be more user friendly (especially if the system was completely customisable). We use this platform primarily as an employee self assessment tool rather than using it solely for payroll admin but i do like how easy it makes doing these tasks.
