My lock broke after normal use and the warranty department hasn't responded to my emails for several months, maybe they will see this negative review and finally respond.

I have had this bike lock since 2007. I ride in Brooklyn about once or twice a week, sometimes in Manhattan for about half a year and not once has my bike been stolen . A few years ago I discovered that the rubber case was slightly nicked and the lock and steel itself were not damaged at all. The thief interfered. I thought it was expensive but now it's costing me about $8 for every year I've had and showing no signs of slowing down.

I have had this lock for 5 years, my bike was always there when I came back. So it worked for a while. See you this weekend right in front of my apartment.
