Science and entertainment in one

Science and entertainment in one has been corrupted. Kids from 3 to 12 (and some adults too) were kept entertained for hours! It was a great alternative to all firecrackers. With the glowing rockets in the night, it was fun to see three fly into the air.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes

Entertainment for the little ones

Big hit with kids. The backlight makes it fun to play after dark. The only problem is they don't fit anywhere near 100ft as listed. With a 200-pound jumper, they can jump 50 feet at best. At 35 pounds my 4 year old son can shoot them about 15 feet and loves it.

Pros
  • Handy thing
Cons
  • Almost never

have fun for everyone!

We bought this for our grandkids when they come. They liked it and we had fun. The only thing that disappointed me was that the rockets aren't very powerful, one lost its wings in the first hour. Will have to order a replacement. before they come back. I understand that the price for it is not that high, so I'm fine with that. We really liked the backlight and the ability to change the speed. My 7 year old grandson is interested in science so he loved it.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Definitely bad product

Very impressive good for science kits and toys

Very cool product. My son is almost 4 years old and can launch about 2.5-3 meters which doesn't seem like much but it's still very interesting for him. Seems well made, he really likes that the rockets glow which makes him even more fun at night. Comes with a great little book explaining some of the laws of physics and experimenting with different angles. I am very impressed with this Nat Geo product. Balances a fun simple activity with some science and is exactly what I was looking for.

Pros
  • Price
Cons
  • Not as thick as other kits

Breaks easily: training and education

The idea behind it is great. fire rockets; This is cool and differentiates this product from other similar ones. But 15 hits and he's already broken. Rockets don't fly that high either. My 7 year old son stamps his feet and rockets go up 10 feet in the air. When an adult uses full power to launch them, they fly about 30 feet in the air. This is partly due to how heavy the rockets are due to the lighting system and rubber tips; they complain. Other products are more expensive for less cost.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Short instructions

Hours of outdoor fun!

My kids are 2 and 4 years old and they LOVE this toy. My 4 year old can set up and launch rockets himself and they go quite far when he stomps. It easily holds its attention for 30-60 minutes, which is plenty. My 2 year old loves it too but is frustrated that she can't shoot rockets very far. She barely weighs 30 pounds, so. this is expected. Still fun for everyone! Also, rockets don't seem to be dangerous. I was hit by one and it didn't hurt at all. They are light and not sharp. LED lights…

Pros
  • Durable finish
Cons
  • Some issues

Bought for my nephews I opened the box and it looks like a well put together product. The missiles are a bit bigger than the length of a dollar bill, but once you pull one out and look, it's still pretty cool. You can turn the light on or off. I also like the large foot pedal. Young children are not always coordinated and this makes it easier to ensure a successful start. Also, I didn't know that you could send the rocket to several different arc planes or straight into the air. All my nephews…

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Minor issues

Who doesn't want to play with a rocket launcher?!

Great Christmas present this year. I can't test how high this thing flies, but an adult can actually get some air under these rockets. The construction seems solid enough, nothing is torn or blown out by the pressure. The stand is made of thick plastic and the missiles are fairly light but strong. The weakest point in the whole device seems to be the tube at the base, which can pinch and damage, but so far so good. Kids love taking turns launching and trying to catch the falling rocket…

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Disappears
