Review on BTC-Alpha by Temitope Babatunde

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Are You Considering Using Btc-Alpha?

Btc-Alpha is found to have registered in United Kingdom, though it is operating from Russia, from where we believe the CEO Vitalii Bodnar comes from as well as other members of the team.

Before using the exchange you may want to know somethings about it, and that is what I will be revealing to you in this review.

1.The security of your funds will actually be of paramount importance to you, but you must also remember that this exchange is a centralized one, which means once you deposit your fund into it you are no more in control until you withdraw it. So in terms of security this exchange is trying by mandating certain level of KYC, there is also 2factors authentication and other security measures.

2. The next thing is fees. With this exchange depositing crypto is free and it is good to note that there are good numbers of cryptocurrencies to trade with. But when you are depositing using fiat, the exchange is not using direct deposit or card deposit but it is using third parties who are charging some fees. When trading the fee is 0.2 percent flat, but if you are the type that it's trading volume use to be higher your fee will reduce. As per withdraw if it is bitcoin they charge 0.00135 but for others it depends on the coin.

3. Regarding the customer support service there are lots of complaints on the internet by unsatisfied customers, though the CEO came out to debunked the allegations and said it is baseless.

4. The interface and overview too is not too bad, but can't be said to be excellent.

After reading this review make your choice as whether you will use it or not.

Pros
  • You can deposit fiat currency through the approved third party.
  • It has 2 factor authentication.
  • If your trading volume is high the transaction fee use to be lower.
  • There are lots of cryptocurrencies to trade with.
  • It is registered in United Kingdom.
Cons
  • Not regulated, though registered in UK, but it is not operating there.
  • The fee for withdrawing bitcoin is much higher than what is averagely obtainable in the market.
