According to its description, it is the first Ethereum smart contract that has a token backed by its proof of participation in this contract, it simply consisted that staker holders had to keep their tokens blocked for a certain period of time, the launch took place in October, 2018, the highest price achieved during the entire period of this project was 0.014101USD. Currently it is not useful, this service is offline if it had tokens stored on this platform, it lost them, since they disappeared from one moment to another without prior notifications or data that will show its completion.
