Great way to immerse yourself in games with 144Hz Freesync

Having reviewed Freesync monitors when they were first released, I was quite surprised to see that it was possible to get a 144Hz Freesync display for less than $200 (at the time of writing). Having owned this monitor for a few months, I will list the pros and cons below along with my system specs. Pros: + Inexpensive for what you get. Again, getting these specs at this price point is impressive. + Good freesync frame rate. This monitor allows Freesync to stay at 35 fps, which is better than some of the more expensive displays I've seen. + 1ms response time. The monitor looks good and fast. The monitor's menu is fairly easy to use and has a wide range of settings, that's all there is to say. Design. This display looks more understated than some of the other "gaming" displays, although you can't avoid the big "FREESYNC 144HZ" logo in the top left corner. + USB hub – A USB hub is built into the monitor. right side of the display, can't comment too much as I have a larger spreadsheet that I'm using instead. Cons: - Color - As with all other gaming monitors in this price range, the color quality is terrible. Colors appear gray and washed out. This is particularly noticeable in a direct comparison with any IPS display. Adjusting the settings according to the presets created by other users on the web helps, but nothing more. Overall, I would highly recommend this display to anyone looking to enhance their gaming experience on a budget. I doubt I'll go back with that to not using a high refresh rate freesync display.
