A solid solution at an affordable costpoint

It's very easy to use, it works well with our existing IT infrastructure (including VPN), and its price point for small businesses is low enough that we don't have to worry about losing customers due to high costs. Our organization only uses Helpwire as a troubleshooting tool. We do not rely heavily upon live chat - but if there were more ways to communicate via this program I think it would be great! They offer a 3 month free trial which makes getting started super simple. As mentioned above, they are also fairly responsive when you need them - so any problems tend to get fixed quickly. If you're looking for something inexpensive/easy-to-use that will solve your ticketing needs while giving users the option to speak with someone locally then give the platform a try. Their service does not provide us direct access to internal resources. Instead we can call their hotline.

Pros
  • The fact tha help wire was an affordable solution compared other competitors like Zendesk or Intercom meant my boss didn’t push back too hard against implementing new tools in general because he knows how important customer support has become within startups across all industries right now..especially software development ones where communication between departments tends top go down hill fast without solid feedback paths up front

  • I don't really have any dislikes about this, everything is just fine
