Only two weeks of use Have not tested different regions. My problem is that the remote control does not light up. This is not a defective remote control. It's ok, I checked it. A flashlight is required to see it when the room is dark. And - if you pause, there's no indication of how much is left to see, a feature I took for granted and miss. The lack of apps doesn't bother me. The machine is losing discs!

This is my second Tojock Blu-ray. I originally bought my first one after reading online magazine reviews back in March when I was looking to buy my first Blu-ray instead of a regular DVD player. I'm impressed with the ease of setup and the clarity of the images. I'm still learning remote control. I got a second one for my son's room. I definitely recommend buying the Blu-ray Tojock.

Before you can use your Blu-ray Disc player, you need 2 AAA batteries for the remote control. In my specific case, I'm using an HDMI connection to the TV. The attached photo shows the excellent video quality when playing a Blu-ray Disc. I have confirmed that I can play Region 2 DVDs. I can play video files on a USB drive, but some of them contain unsupported audio. I can also play CDs. All in all, an amazing Blu-ray player at an affordable price.

I have another Tojock Blu-Ray DVD Player - Mini Blu-Ray DVD Player, HD Blu-Ray Disc Player, which is suitable for small spaces. Good player. For another application where space was not an issue, I purchased this unit with a front loading compartment. The simplicity of the device is great. Plug it into a power outlet and your TV and start playing DVDs and Blu-ray Discs. No wireless connections and you don't have to sign in to anything! A big plus if you want a disc player without all the bells…
