Works as advertised

Use with a pair of Eightwood 4G LTE SMA antennas to get a better signal in an area with relatively low signal strength. These cables allowed me to place the antennas on the roof, doubling my download and upload speeds.

Pros
  • Contents: 1 pc. RG58 SMA male to SMA antenna cable. โ™ฅ We offer 12-month warranty and return service after the original purchase date. If this product has manufacturing defects, please contact our customer service.
Cons
  • too stupid

Poor Shielding - Connector and Adapter

This cable does not have a high quality, heavily plated braided copper conductor. It's a cheap cable - you probably shouldn't expect it to be great - but the product diagram shows a high-coverage screen. It has none, making it unsuitable for some sensitive radio work. I didn't discover this until I broke the cable and was able to get it back.

Pros
  • Cable Length: 5 m (16.4 ft) Cable Type: High quality, low loss, flexible RG58 coaxial cable Connector material: Pure copper with excellent connectivity (no alloy) Finish: Gold plated Impedance: 50 ohms low-loss. Operating temperature range: -4โ„‰ to +158โ„‰.
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

High quality product!

This is EXACTLY what I ordered. Most SDR devices come with a (thin) RG-174 or similar. Some people might complain about loss at higher frequencies, but that doesn't matter over short distances, say from the dashboard to the roof of your car. I still prefer at least RG58 cable (or more) whenever possible. Quality cable, I recommend it to everyone!

Pros
  • RG58 coaxial cable: more than 95% coverage. The braid is made of 96*0.12*0.14mm aluminum wire with low loss and maximum signal protection. BOOBRIE Pure Copper Coaxial Cables have low loss for router, PCI card, access point, GPS, cell phone booster and so on.
Cons
  • It's OK

Good Value, Good Performance

Great value for the money and the cable seems to be put together quite well with connectors at each end. I'm not giving it 5 stars as I don't know how it will hold up outside in the sun and weather but I will try to come back here in a year for a final report. I am using a cable to connect an external cellular roof top antenna to the cellular booster inside --- make sure you have the correct connectors for your application as there is no one size fits all when it comes to antennas, boosters etc

Pros
  • Ultra Low Loss Antenna Extension Cable, Advantages of 50-350 ohm coaxial extension cable: Low Loss High Frequency, Low Impedance, Transmission Performance, Pure Copper inside.
Cons
  • Worries me
