I purchased this unit in December 2018 to replace an 8810 that I have happily owned and worked with for years. A few days after installation, the machine began spattering ink onto the sides and inside of the drum. Several calls to Brother led to the decision to send me a new toner cartridge. Update: Brother customer service is fantastic. They lost their first order for a new toner cartridge so I contacted them for an update. They apologized and sent NIGHT a new one! I LOVE THIS PRINTER SO MUCH – I wanted to write another review. I've had this printer for 14 months now, but I've only been using it for my business for 8 months.
