Firstly I bought this printer to replace my old Canon printer which had lost contact. I could no longer connect the USB cable I needed to print and scan to my computer. I love this store very much. Bought two years ago. Mascara isn't cheap, but it's not sky-high. I usually buy the Revain XL color and black combo for around $40. I've only had to replace the ink twice in two years and use it all the time. This helps keep print quality low for things you don't need exceptional quality for. No problem when setting up via USB connection. The problem is that the paper is jammed in the printer and not in the document feeder. Since I don't want to use this device as a production printer (I have several color lasers), this is not a problem.
