A must have for Invisalign tipped aligners

Having no trouble removing Invisalign aligners before fitting the tips, I didn't expect how difficult it would be to remove them afterwards. After cursing over videos showing how easy it was for me to do this, I stumbled across one for this product and placed my order. It has made my life a lot easier. I think all orthodontists should be telling their patients that they may need this type of tool to remove their aligners instead of telling us to use crochet hooks!

Highly recommended! Best in Orthodontic Supplies

I am on day 3 of my Invisalign journey. Bought yesterday and received today, great service. Whether you are a man or a woman, this will make removing your aligners much quicker and easier and will prevent wear and tear on your nails. It is made of plastic, so it is soft and light. And it's so great that it fits right into your Invisalign case! There are 2 in the set, they are blue, they are exactly what I ordered. I'm very glad I bought them and will definitely buy them again.

Important for Invisalign users!

I have Invisalign braces. I have 16 nozzles and the trays really stick in them. I doubt I can remove my trays without this tool. 2 weeks and now I'm a pro!

Pros
  • Nice to use
Cons
  • Out of style

My nails say thank you

Ortokey keeps its promises. I had just received my first set of aligners and was ready to give up. I just can't get the top shelf off. I broke 3 nails on the first try and injured my index finger on the side. I wasn't sure how to do that next year so I did some research. Two days later it arrived and made my first Invisalign experience less traumatic! If you have strong nails you may not need this, but I still can't remove the top rail without an orthokey. It was worth it!

If you're having trouble removing your aligners, buy this!

I'm not usually that excited about a product when I review it, but these are fantastic. I started Invisalign and had about 8 anchors on my bottom teeth and it was VERY difficult to get the aligner off. On the first day I cut my lip several times, there was blood everywhere. On the second day, I skipped dinner because I couldn't force it out — I felt like I was going to break my teeth if I tried. I got a smaller version of this from my orthodontist, but I ordered this one too. The design of this

Great design on orthodontic accessories

I started using Invisalign about 3 weeks ago and removing the aligners resulted in my nails breaking. I ordered them and they work great. I keep one in the bathroom and the other fits perfectly in my aligner case. The best part is that I was finally able to paint my nails.

  • Nice packaging

  • Not the best

Better than ruining a manicure!

If you've recently started orthodontics with clear aligners and like me, have been panicking because you think you can't remove your mouthguard, click ADD TO CART now! I've tried two different brands so far and they seem somewhat similar, with this brand coming second to the other. I've had an insane amount of time to take my aligners off (my orthodontist gave me no advice other than to use my nails or a new/clean pedicure tool with a hook on the end (really doctor?) that has the first option…

I wish this worked for me.

Well made and seems durable but I just couldn't get it to work with my Invisalign retainers. Not sure if the hook was too thick to use or my trays are too narrow. I really hoped this paragraph would be helpful because I hate putting my fingers in my mouth. If it had worked for me it would have withstood my full aligner treatment without breaking. Aside from not being able to use the item, I requested a refund and the Revain representative said the item needed to be returned. After that it was…

Leading the way in orthodontic supplies

I'm sure most people experienced this in their first week of using Invisalign, removing aligners was a chore that I was terribly afraid of. First of all, putting my hand in my mouth to rummage bothers me in general (especially during a pandemic when everyone is thinking about hygiene), and then it also discolors my nails. Or if my nails were too short, it was even more of a challenge. I have appendages so the learning curve for removing them wasn't as easy as shown in the video (or my…

A decent way to remove the clips!

There is only one spot on my bottom holder that lifts up to remove. This is the back of my left molar. My nails are natural and too flexible to do the job. I put both hands in my mouth, hooked both thumbnails on the inner and outer edges of that far back molar and carefully lifted it up. Once it was released, I carefully removed the retainer from my teeth using my thumb and forefinger, also pulling out a salivary tract. So rude and embarrassing! Using the orthopedic wrench, I simply hook it to…
