Description of πŸ“Ά High Performance 6.5ft Low-Loss Antenna Extension Cable RG58 - SMA Male to SMA Female Connector for 3G/4G/5G/LTE/ADS-B/GPS/WiFi (Not for TV, It's SMA Adapter)

Ultra Low Loss Extension Cable for antenna,Made with quality, low-loss RG58, which means far less attenuation than cables made from thin RG316 or RG174. Don't settle for less especially if you have a significant investment in antennas. RG-58 Pure Copper Antenna Cable Low Loss for Wi-Fi Router, PCI Card, Access Point,Wifi antenna extension wire ,for FPV Antenna, wireless LAN/card, wireless router, bridge and other external antenna, etc. Total length: 2 Meters; Impedance: 50 ohm ;RG58 offers a significantly larger center conductor and supports better signal retention for longer cable runs and higher frequency use. Connect from SMA Equipment to SMA Female Antennas, receivers, meters, radio transmitters and WiFi Signal Booster Repeater. Not for TV,It's SMA Adapter. Package Content : 1 x SMA Male to SMA Female Low Loss RG58 Cable(This is SMA type cable, not F type cable, please check the size before order it,Not for TV!).

Stronger wiring and connection signal

This RG58 cable is 16ft 4in long, I measured 1.96dB loss at 900MHz and 3dB at 2.4GHz 4dB. For comparison, I measured the much thinner RG174, which was only 10 feet long and lost 2.95dB at 900MHz and 4.77dB at 2.4GHz. This cable is worth the money if you need to increase your signal strength.

Pros
  • A few competitors
Cons
  • Some minor issues

Great Extension Cable

This cable has allowed me to extend the antenna on my Mighty Mule 572 gate opener from the control box bracket a few inches above my 6 foot wooden gate. Remote control range increased from 15 feet to over 100 feet. Fiction!

Pros
  • I'm looking forward to
Cons
  • Clarity

Replace the standard coaxial cable with this

I replaced the cable that came with the BTech U-25 amp. Doesn't matter. This cable is good and thick like PL-259. Sturdy plug and nut for a secure connection to the radio. Broadcasts sound much better! I run about 30-40 watts on GMRS.-JonathanWRCV263

Pros
  • . Everything is fine!
Cons
  • No insurance

Can work for you with bulk cables

Well made cable but the IP camera I was trying to connect it to had a smaller center jack than expected for this cable and this resulted in this that the connector pin is fed back to the connector. I don't know what was wrong, the cable or the camera.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Not as thick as others

Stronger signal on coaxial cable

This RG58 cable is 16ft 4in long, I measured it at 1.96dB at 900MHz and at 2.4GHz it was 3.4dB. For comparison, I measured the much thinner RG174, which was only 10 feet long and lost 2.95dB at 900MHz and 4.77dB at 2.4GHz. This cable is worth the money if you need to boost your signal strength.

Pros
  • Bulk cable
Cons
  • Only available in white

Very impressive. for industrial electrical engineering

I am very satisfied with that. Bought for radio amateurs. I was able to use this on both of my APRS setups via Boafang UV-5. I was able to connect perfectly to the APRS network! I also used my Yaesu FT-70DR and connected to the WIRES-X with no problems and was able to speak and receive. I didn't check my SWR but I suspect it didn't affect the cable because I was able to get a clear connection to different stations. I like it.

Pros
  • coaxial cable
Cons
  • boring packaging

Find another product

This purchase was for a specific use case. It was used to assemble the NMO antenna mount by cutting one end of the cable and soldering it directly to the thick Laird NMO mount. I've been in the 12 volt electronics trade for over 27 years so I'm not new to soldering, electrical repairs, etc. Resistor. Everything looked fine so I installed it in my car, hooked up the antenna and checked my SWR. I was amazed when I saw 11:1 on VHF and 19:1 on UHF on the meter. I even tried multiple antennas and…

Pros
  • Industry and Science
Cons
  • Some bugs
