Type of review

The ability for our team members from all over North America to engage in virtual sessions with each other as well has being able use it at home is fantastic! You can't do anything remotely effectively if you don’t have your own headset or microphone/speaker set up properly (and even then I doubt that will work perfectly). There are some features of COBRA we would like but they haven't been implemented yet so not much else here either - maybe when those come out there might be more feedback…

Gives good visibility into performance throughout your org

I like that it is easy to use and has all of our OKRs in one place which makes management much easier than having to track them across different programs/tools. It took me some time to get used to using this tool but once you do, it becomes very useful! There's not too many things about this program that are bad at this point. The layout could be more intuitive for newer users who may have had little experience with a similar program. We're able to easily view where we stand against each other…

  • Sharing tools available when needed (especially helpful if working cross departmentally)
  • Very straightforward interface without confusing terms or features hidden away somewhere unhelpful :)
  • Easily see individual vs team progress toward their monthly goal

Great product, great experience and couldn

I like that it aligns with our other tool better than any of their competitors (we use Asana). There are some functions in there you could easily be doing yourself instead but most people don't think about this until they're already using an issue tracking system outside your org's tools/processes - so when we started looking for one ourselves internally people were surprised at how much was missing from existing products compared what is out-of-.
