➡️ Aluminum Extrusion Corner Bracket - Industrial Hardware (20x20x17mm) Review

I ordered 25 cast corner brackets for 20mm rail and got 25 and I say yes because 23 are visually fine and 2 have what looks like cold spots that occurred during the casting process. Also, there are small imperfections in the mounting holes, rough edges on one side only, and I paid $21.50 for 25 or $0.86 each! I will try to contact the seller about this faulty item. My main complaint is that they are small, MUCH smaller than the frame they call 20mm but are actually 16mm. Then there's the issue of leading small bumps on the underside that should allow for straight alignment/connection. They are so small that they can be rotated about 30 degrees on the frame. If someone uses these to build a 3D printer that uses OpenBuilds' V-Slot, you can save some money by buying them from Revain (or like me, you can get them if you find that you need them). Note that they only connect right angles if the ducts are in the same plane (you cannot connect a vertical post to a horizontal extrusion).
