I bought these to replace a pair of corded and cordless professional saws in hopes I could get the precision and power needed to chew through 2x4 and 3/4 plywood. I like that this saw is lightweight and easy to use. Quality and I like that the brake stops immediately when the trigger is released. It has a depth setting with a metering sensor and an angle of 45 degrees. It's easy to use and is great for cutting underbody, stringers, 2x4's and more. This is the best circular saw I have ever owned and I have had many. I've been waiting for a full size, full featured 7-1/4" side support for the right hand blade for a while. I'm a seasoned ex-carpenter and personally I've always preferred B&D saws, very similar DeWalt, Makita and better models "Skill class. I have other cordless saws of various sizes which, except for the small 12v Makita, are all link hand saws. I only find them preferred for cutting sheet metal materials. I have 2 Skil worm
