Perfect for sewing patches onto my old denim jacket.

Perfect for sewing patches onto my old 90's denim jacket. i hate iron I like to sew them. I've recently started adding new items to my emergency sewing kit. It is great.

Pros
  • Big buckle or modern embroidery with heavier threads that require big sharp chenille needles
Cons
  • Some mistakes

Heavy Duty Needles

I have no idea how to display them. I got them for a project I'm working on. I sew fiber optic lamps into a tactical backpack with Kevlar thread. The needles match the tread and are very sharp. I know I understand what the thimble is for. LOL They pierce the back and durable material of the backpack perfectly and I'll finish the project with just one needle. So if anyone on my team likes the results of this project I will point them to these needles and Kevlar thread.

Pros
  • Model Number: 1768-18
Cons
  • Wrinkled Pack

Great needles at a great price

So I bought this item thinking that "six pack" was a pack of six needles. No, I have six packs of six needles each! I had to sew two very thick pieces of cord together (think strong backpack straps) and after much research I decided that an 18 gauge needle would work best. I know nothing about sewing or needles. I bought these strong threads, watched some YouTube videos on backstitching and got to work. It turns out to be very difficult to manipulate without the needle pusher, but I managed to…

Pros
  • Premium nickel plated steel needles
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model
