Okay, this thing is smooth. We ended up using it as a second monitor on the computer to monitor the video and audio stream we are sending to the overflow room, but it also worked great as a monitor for the camera. I have various mounts including a 1/4 20 tripod mount but we just use the small wire stand that comes with it and it works great. supported it. The picture looks like FULL HD and is of decent quality. This is mainly practical for short differences. As you would expect from tiny speakers, the sound leaves a lot to be desired, but is "clean". Image quality is not UHD, but 1080p shows amazing detail of my 4K security cameras. Excellent contrast and brightness. Also the size is perfect for this purpose (at least for my application). When delivered, there was a microcrack on the right side of the monitor frame, which had apparently been "stabilized" with a drop of superglue (apparently applied at the factory). In general, the monitor is excellent. Note that you're not getting a high-end panel, but the colors are vibrant and accurate enough to enjoy movies or games. I use this interchangeably between a touchpad for an office phone or messing around with a Raspberry Pi. One thing no one seems to mention so far is that HOLY SHIT makes the speakers loud, and when connected to sound via HDMI the Screen volume worthless.
