Overpriced Computer Accessories and Peripherals

Stable and Efficient This "low capacity" SDHC was the max size for the gear I used it in. bought 32GB (8 times more storage), so the storage ratio was not very good!

Pros
  • Well Made
Cons
  • Infinitely Sluggish

Cheap but works for computers and accessories

I use these very small SD cards for 3D printing and they work great. I don't need a large capacity so the cheapest are the best.

Pros
  • Expensive but decent
Cons
  • Updates available

I have 2 x 4GB SD cards that I took pictures with while on vacation abroad when I downloaded the maps to your Mac computer, all the photos are gone, so now the computer doesn't recognize the map at all. I've taken the cards to several computer stores and they all tell me the same thing. Contact Gigastone to see if they can help you recover your photos. that sounds good until you try to find their contact information.

Pros
  • Looks great
Cons
  • Modern

Nice Card Computer and Accessories

Works great - I needed a basic photo memory card for one of those digital photo frames that I give away. I was able to add over 600 additional space photos and it worked great with Polaroid's signature frame. Nice and simple - definitely recommend.

Pros
  • Sturdy design

Overpriced Computers and Accessories

Stable and efficient, this "low capacity" SDHC was the max size for the gear I've used it in. However, if hardware limitations weren't an issue, I could have bought 32GB (8x more storage) for the same price, so the value for the amount of storage wasn't good!

Pros
  • Handy item
Cons
  • So far so good

. All the photos are gone, so now the computer doesn't recognize the card at all. I've taken the cards to several computer stores and they all tell me the same thing. Contact Gigastone to see if they can help you recover your photos. that sounds good until you try to find their contact information.

Pros
  • . Beautiful packaging.
Cons
  • . I don't remember.

To buy or not to buy, that is the question. The answer is no.

The price was excellent. The product was mediocre at best from a company I was unfamiliar with but risked. I ordered two SD cards. One worked exactly as I wanted and expected. Another decided to change the format of some images himself, which made me lose about a quarter of my images. Then he decided not to support my format at all. Luckily I've already downloaded everything I could. My suggestion is to buy from a company with an established track record. It will cost a bit more, but apparently

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Doubtful
