poorly constructed and cheaply made. Doesn't charge MacBook 16 battery

for the price they should have used higher quality materials. Actually, it should have cost about $40. Poor design due to the placement of the outputs (the video outputs are on opposite ends, making cable routing messy. The docking station is of concern in that it doesn't look like it will hold up to a lot of iterations, and I'm not impressed as it is It fits in. It may work in the short term, but I'll keep looking for a higher quality product.

The perfect docking station to expand the latest range of MacBooks

This dock does its job well. After the initial setup on my desk, I was able to just plug and unplug my MacBook and everything immediately came to life. There were no lags, everything just works. It's very convenient to have a permanent desktop setup that I don't have to think about when I get home. Both displays appear as separate displays (at least the displayport slots, I didn't use anything other than those) so this is a true dual display expansion. Recommend this docking station to anyone…

Good dock if you never want to use Thunderbolt devices

Doesn't go through Thunderbolt 3 ports, it's just a USB-C pass-through port. This makes it virtually useless with Thunderbolt 3 devices. I have 2 27 inch Thunderbolt displays and thought it would be nice to have a docking station. You can't convert a display port to Thunderbolt 2, you can't use the very expensive Apple Thunderbolt 3 to Thunderbolt 2 to USB-C adapter. Also, all USB-C ports are "noisy" for professional audio interfaces. may have a metal frame but as far as I know this is a giant…

Works great with 2019 16 " MacBook Pro

I was finally able to replace my Dell laptop with a MacBook Pro! One of my concerns about replacing a Dell laptop was the right docking station! change, it took a while to my macbook pro worked properly as a replacement for this dock. The biggest hurdle I faced was connecting this dock to my two monitors.I have a 34" LG 3440x1440 curved display and an old one AcerJT240 x 6 monitor (1920 x 1080). I couldn't get ANY DisplayPort to HDMI cable to work properly. I tried 4 or 5 different cables. Today

  • Many will fit

Stable so far - Notebook accessories

I have a brand new MBP 16 and wanted a dock to work on an external 4k monitor and have an audio interface and external speakers to work with (I work in church music). I've been happy so far. I currently use most of the ports. I charge an iPhone from a standard USB to Lightning, I plug in a small Presonus 24c. I've had a few issues getting one of the DisplayPort outputs to work consistently with my monitor, but it's a cheap monitor and I have a feeling the problem is probably on the monitor…

Pretty great, but needs some tweaking.

The LandingZone 16-Port Dock is the perfect fixed docking station for your MacBook Pro 16. From quick-access rear cable ports to cable management. And also the design looks great to keep the traditional model. Connection to my TV as well as portable storage are very important for me to have everything on my desk. I also want the dock to use and charge all ports on your MacBook Pro so you don't have to worry about power loss. Although there are some difficulties that you will probably find…

Unstable power supply or connecting peripherals

This docking station is exactly what I need. But unfortunately it doesn't work all the time. I've tried many workarounds, but I can't recommend this product for the following reasons: 1. It doesn't always power my Mac. You can tell by the Mac's power icon telling you the battery is low. This is solvable if you plug your Mac's power cord into a USB-C pass-through slot, but that means you need to reserve a pass-through slot for this use.2. My peripherals are unstable. Most likely it has a…
