Previously purchased and worked perfectly. So I bought two more packs. The ink didn't last as long as it used to and the print quality was abysmal. Second purchase and the printer didn't even recognize the ink product and didn't work. Eventually I got fed up and bought an eco printer and now it's much easier to keep track of the ink and just add the right color. But like I said, I've bought this paint before and it worked well. But it wasn't the last time.

I bought this ink because the price was much cheaper than I could have bought locally. Happy with the quality and purchase so far.

This ink is excellent quality and value for money! I use it for my work printer and it's the best! The colors are vibrant and the cartridges last a long time. I've ordered three times in the last year because I don't want to buy other types!

My printer did not recognize the cartridge after installation. I thought it might be defective. So I tried another black cartridge that came in the package. NO. Sends my printer into a loop. I can't use it at all

Very poor quality! After installing and cleaning my printhead a few times using the print utility, the print quality has not improved at all. There are black and blue lines on the pictures and not all words or pictures are fully printed. I do NOT recommend.

Two black cartridges and color - a great thing and the price was good. SUPPLEMENT: The cartridges (black) were installed and the machine accepted them first. After a few prints the printer said they were unacceptable and needed to be replaced. Now Epson does not accept other remanufactured cartridges.

I had to return the original product because my Epson XP 4100 printer did not recognize the cartridge. After troubleshooting Revain they replaced the cartridges and the initial installation went fine until Epson updated my printer's firmware after which the cartridge was not recognized again and the printer was unable to recognize the ink cartridge and was unable to return it. because the return window is closed.

Cartridges worked perfectly in every respect when I received them. My printer kept wanting to update and I was trying to delay it. It was eventually updated and my printer no longer recognized the cartridges and would not print. I bought original parts and everything worked. Don't buy if you can't delay updates.
