Disappointing, only works well on a desk

I had a Logitech keyboard like this for my previous iPad Pro and loved it. The new iPad Pro 10.5 is a bit bigger so I had to buy a new case. I bought this because I was expecting the same type of case I had before and it couldn't be more different in quality. This body falls apart with every movement. The back detaches from the keyboard's magnetic strip and has fallen to the floor several times, even when I'm sitting on the couch with the protective case on my lap. The only place this case…

Pros
  • Not just useful for its intended purpose
Cons
  • Doubtful

Good product but not perfect.

I love this keyboard for my 10.5" iPad Pro. For the price, it's much better than what Apple has to offer with their smart keyboard. However, this Logitech keyboard has its Cons. Firstly, it increases the weight of the item along with the bulk. It doesn't offer as good drop protection as the Otter Case that I also have. The situation is made even worse as the keyboard detaches very easily in a fall. Can detach and leave that side of your iPad exposed. But again, the keyboard easily detaches…

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Too long to wait

Very thick, very heavy but good quality keyboard

Keyboard is comfortable to type on - crisp key feel, good spacing, I prefer this Apple keyboard I had before. The case is also pretty solid. But thickness and weight are the biggest disadvantages. This makes my iPad Pro thicker than my 2010 MacBook Pro! And it shouldn't be that thick as far as I can tell. Either way, it's heavy enough and thick enough to offset the inherent sleekness of the iPad. At this point it's probably not worth returning for an Apple keyboard, but I wouldn't take it…

Pros
  • Wide range
Cons
  • Volume

The best on the market! I returned another design and received this one and am completely happy with it. Logitech does it again! The 3-pin keyboard edge connector is rock solid, held in place by powerful magnets and a very well designed self-aligning housing. Note that you can easily remove the keyboard when you don't need it. The case protects the iPad well, but the trade-off is the extra thickness. covers most use cases like reading, typing, watching videos, etc. This is one of the very few…

Pros
  • even old people understand
Cons
  • A few little things

Solid choice - I wish the hinge was a little stronger

Decent keyboard with a nice feel and key travel. However, as others have said, the attachment point is only held in place by the magnet connection and is very weak. Too bad it was impossible to put a stronger loop. Others have mentioned they bought this because they didn't like the feel of the Apple keyboard cover but I think the keys feel ok, it's much lighter, seems to protect the front better so was this purchase simply because of the price. Illuminated keys and lower costs were the deciding

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Only available in black

Well done, even better than Apple's Smart Keyboard

Love it! I looked at many cases and keyboards before settling on this one and it more than met my expectations. I just finished a 2 day workshop using it as a mock notebook all day. Features I love about it:* The keyboard easily detaches when I don't need it, but attaches with one click when needed* Folds away (with keyboard attached) into a hard case to protect the iPad* Apple, so it works whether a keyboard is connected or not* Slightly raised lip on the iPad half prevents keyboard keys from…

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • weak

Update: I'm writing this review using a keyboard that I just received.

Out of the box it's very easy to set up (maybe because I'm using a Smart Connector) and I already type on it more than I do on an Apple keyboard because of it's responsiveness and the keys provide feedback. You can adjust screen brightness, key brightness, sound and more with keyboard shortcuts - LOVE IT! Many buyers write that the keyboard and case make the iPad significantly heavier. I don't understand how this is possible as I believe the iPad Pro is already pretty heavy on the iPad. Anyway,

Pros
  • New to my collection
