It took me a while to find a color profile I liked. It could just be a difference in how light comes out of an IPS panel versus my TN panel. The colors seem overly saturated, but there's a fantastic on-screen menu to tweak the settings to my needs. I prefer 16:9 for productivity and gaming. I had this monitor for about a week and returned it (to a different seller). The screen suffered from terrible afterimages, the blacks on the screen were blotchy, the functions were unusable. The final straw was that I found the power button didn't work at all (broken). If you are looking at this monitor, take a look at the LG 32GP850-B. Equal or superior in almost every way and cheaper.

If you play games and occasionally want to work with multimedia that requires at least some color accuracy, this monitor is a good choice. The first unit I ordered had a few dead pixels, but the replacement unit I received works perfectly. in 3 months. It comes factory calibrated (with a fun sheet listing all the specs/color scale), has simple instructions and is easy to set up. When array dimming is on, it can look a bit odd. Not sure if this is just my device but something to know.

Great looking monitor. Since May 2017, an MSI IPS monitor has replaced my 32" LG monitor. MSI has a color accuracy of 99% while LG has only 68%. I need a monitor with a resolution of 2k/2560 x 1440. I select sRGB in settings and Color. It's great. Text is clearer too. No flaws at all. Change the background to white to check this. With the Displayport 8k cable I have, I have a refresh rate of 165Hz. I had to switch 'cause displayport shrank folders and program windows when monitor was turned off

An amazing monitor with virtually no flaws. Very good brightness (HDR 600) and vibrant, accurate colors compared to other monitors I've tried in this price range. Excellent gaming performance, 2K 1080p resolution is a good balance to both enhance and achieve this visually. The refresh rate is 165Hz, like most games this is not possible with 4K even with the best hardware. - Much less or no motion blur, which really bothers me with VA panels. - Excellent viewing angles - Heavy-duty, long-lasting
