Solid build quality

This USB hub is solidly built and attaches securely to my desk. My desktop is 1-3/16" thick, which is the maximum thickness this hub can accommodate. The blue LED is very small and bright enough to be seen, but not too bright. Transmission speed through the hub was good for the device connected NOTE for ORICO: Consider using two mounting screws, one at each end, to allow the Hub can be mounted on objects whose mounting surface is slightly slanted.

Best USB hub idea/design

Recently ordered. Found it overpriced but if it works it would be worth the price. I put it on my monitor. After ordering it, I looked at my monitor and began to doubt myself. It has come. I looked at it and understood what was going on here. Well, let me tell you. This hub is very well constructed, very well thought out and very durable. As if it were part of my monitor. The clip has a pivoting leg that fits perfectly on the back of the monitor without adjustment. There is translucent paddingโ€ฆ

Robust construction, good materials, external power supply required and possibly a longer USB AA cable.

Robust, reliable design with adjustable installation depth. The metal frame is solid and very well made, and the screw attachment works well. I installed them under the table, behind the table vertically and on top of the monitor. Everything works fine except for the curved screens. The aluminum color is nice and looks crisp. The forks are well made and have such tight connections that nothing falls out while still fitting satisfactorily. The only criticism is the cable. It's USB A to USB Aโ€ฆ

Prevents the system from going to sleep. Possible software/firmware problem?

This hub keeps the system from sleeping. I noticed my monitors wouldn't turn off after an hour. I checked back and forth and found that after unplugging this hub, my system went back to normal sleep mode, but as soon as it was plugged back in, it couldn't sleep even though nothing was plugged into it. I am trying to contact support but have not received an answer. This prevents my monitors from going to sleep and continues to execute wake commands even when nothing is plugged into them. Iโ€ฆ
