Great fans on the heatsink

I bought 3 of these fans to replace the Vardar fans on my EK-AIO 360. The Vardar can move some air but is quite noisy. I was happy to get much cooler temperatures with much lower noise levels and better sound quality. No resonance with these comrades. These fans also move a lot of air at lower speeds. They are very good and IMHO worth the money.

Pros
  • A few competitors
Cons
  • Lots of stuff

Great performance but annoying noise from 1200 rpm

TL;DR: only makes sense in situations where the Noctua NF-A12x25 just won't do (e.g. a high TDP CPU in a Computer case where there is not enough room for a full size cooler) and where there is an extra 5mm of room for a 30mm thick wall. I bought this fan as a replacement fan for an AIO (ARCTIC Liquid Freezer II 120) cooler AMD Ryzen 7 5800X. The PC case is too small for a full-size cooler and the 5800X has a TDP of 105W. The AIO heatsink is 38mm thick and could benefit from increased airflow…

Pros
  • Robust finish
Cons
  • Neutral

COMPUTER COMPONENTS WITH UNLIMITED PERFORMANCE

Brand new #1 fan. At 2000rpm it moves more air at higher pressure than my 12x25 Noc, both are quiet. At a maximum of 3000 rpm, that's an absurd flow and pressure of 100cc. noc 12x25 has never felt much better than other fans, but Phanteks seems to have made a huge leap forward with this fan.

Pros
  • Worth the money
Cons
  • Socket required

The Hype Is Real - Internal Components

These fans are powerful, quiet and very efficient. I simply installed them on 2x 1080mm radiators with 9 fans each. Very easy to connect with built in daisy chain. Surprisingly, I can run 9 fans at full speed in performance mode (2000RPM) connected in series to the same motherboard header. In hybrid mode, you can connect 20 of these together on a single 1 amp connector (0.05 amp each). It gets a little noisy when they're all running at 2000 rpm, but it generates a ridiculous amount of airflow…

Pros
  • Quality Construction
Cons
  • Hard to Tell

Be careful because of the thickness

I have read and seen many reviews and was keen to try these. However, I cannot complete the installation. These fans are 30mm thick rather than the standard 25mm. Many cases are designed for 25mm fans, so you may find it difficult to use them in the same configurations as regular fans. My main problem right now is that the screws that come with these fans don't fit my bit power heatsinks - these screws are too thin. So I either swap out my heatsink, send these fans back, or try to get the right

Pros
  • Fingers crossed
Cons
  • Damaged

New cfm king at 3000rpm

Used a 3 fan kit to replace 3 Noctua iPPC NF-F12 fans which are great on their own but get noticeably louder at max RPM. The T30 fan moves MUCH more air at 3000RPM and is silent compared to all other Antec Prizm fans (7 total) in my Phanteks Evolv X. The CPU and motherboard temperatures have dropped by about 5 C overall. Couldn't be happier. Highly recommended if an extra 5mm of thickness is not a problem.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Expensive insurance
