I don't know what to say, but I am very satisfied with this type of filter. The one I replaced was older and fully inline. It was VERY easy to install with the swivel nut and a lot easier to remove the basket.

I bought this to line up with a Grohe shower pipe that was repeatedly clogged with tiny debris from my pipes or water heater. It worked GREAT! The thread collapses at the junction with the wall. I have the model I wanted (255-315) that was in the picture. The listing shows model 255-325. The resulting model is threaded at both ends. Replaced by my old little model 170.
