Failed in 2 months for data storage

The app installed this on June 19th and failed today August 23rd. The drive is not recognized by the system it was on. Edit: after further testing, this is not a complete bug. Everyone else sees this: you are working perfectly, and suddenly the system can no longer find the hard drive. It takes a full power cycle before the BIOS recognizes the drive again. 2. Edit: After reading many of these reports, it became clear that this could be caused by the BIOS and fast boot. I ended up updating the…

Now only Silicon Power

I've bought 3 of these now, two for a PC and one for a laptop. Longest life so far is a year and a half and I've never had any problems. As you can see from the photo, the Crystalmark shows 3.2 Gb/s read and an incredible 2.8 Gb/s write. If you are not familiar with these numbers, it means that an entire DVD can be read in 1.5 seconds and information can be written to an NVMe M.2 in less than 2 seconds. For convenience, do you know that window that pops up on your computer when you transfer…

Amazing R/W sequence but random 4k only works at intermediate level

Amazing R/W sequence but random 4k only works at intermediate level Installed in PCIe adapter ( Sintech) . The price of this NVME from SP is the lowest among all other brands that can go over 3000MB/s. I think people categorize those >3000MB/s as high-end NVME like 970, BPX, SX8200, S70, SN750, 760P, etc. while those with 2000MB/s with lower level NVME like P1, EX900 etc. run. Don't get me wrong, all of these higher/lower NVMEs are on my Revain wish list. I read all the reviews to compare…

The SSD has been redesigned

I bought a 1TB module. If you're like me, you've uploaded reviews to maximize performance per dollar. According to the numerous reviews I've read, this card ranks very high in this regard. I assumed I would buy that particular card, but that's doubtful. BUYER WARNING: The only similarity between this card and the card in all the reviews you have read is the Phison E12 controller. The current model no longer uses Toshiba flash memory. Instead, it uses flash memory from Unic, a Chinese flash…

Intermittent and unsatisfactory performance

Like many other customers, I read dozens of NVMe/Storage reviews before upgrading my 6 year old Samsung SSD. This model, the P34A80 1TB, has consistently found itself at the top of the list as the best value drive. After installing the hard drive and doing a clean install of Win10, including multiple reboots to install all available drivers and updates, performance was good. disappointing. At best, it was instantly slower than my previous SSD. At worst, applications take MINUTES to start (or…
