Description of 💡 NTONPOWER Surge Protector Power Strip with USB - 4 Outlets, 5 USB Charging Ports, Individual Switches, Flat Plug, Circuit Breaker - Black

【INDIVIDUAL SWITCH& 5FT POWER CORD】: Unlike those stereotypes, this surge protector power strip is individually controlled with4 outlets, 5ft power cord for standard plugs and 5 additional USB ports, so that you can handle 9 devices at a time (smartphone, lamps, fan, camera battery and tablets, USB ports share the 8A). Now it is time to get rid of your bulky adapters. 【UPGRADED 8A OUTPUT FOR USB PORTS】: For all the 5 USB ports, they share upgraded 8A rather than 3A or 4A in total. You tired of charging only 1 iPhone & 1 iPad at a time while you have more USB-powered devices to charge? Now this 8A power strip will be your ideal selection. It handles your 2 iPads (2.4A x 2) + 3 iPhone (1A x 1) without any problem. 【LEADING-EDGE SYNCHRONOUS RECTIFICATION TECH】:Thanks to the synchronous rectification tech, the individually controlled power strip greatly decreses the current&voltage comsuptions on the power switch end, decreasing the heat of the power strip itself while increasing the conversation rate. Energy saving. 【CURRENT LIMIT FOR EACH USB PORT】:We are all aware that overvoltage or overcurrent may finally lead to dangerous fire incidents and damages to your devices plugged in. The smart chip in the surge protector offers you an ideal solution. The chip detects and limits the current coming from USB ports, when max 2.8A is reached, it auto shuts down to protect your devices. 【HASSLE FREE PURCHASE】:USB slots or outlets stop working in only 2 month or less than a year? No worries at all, the power strip with USB is FCC&RoHS approved; backed by a 18 months product warranty for quality-related replacement or refund and $300,000 liability insurance

Great versatile extension!

Excellent strip. I bought it for switched outlets to control standby losses from electronics, but it's so versatile I bought another. I've only been using it for 3 months but so far so good! All the benefits: - flat connector, takes up less space - wide base: won't tip over or lie on its side - sealed switches - so many USB ports! Bad: Nothing to report yet!

Pros
  • Great selection
Cons
  • Damaged

Versatile and well made

I bought this surge protector/socket to use with a small audio system with a subwoofer without a switch. This jack is ideal because I can plug in any component (TV, streaming audio player, amplifier, etc.) and leave it "always on", but use the on/off switch to turn the subwoofer on or off as needed. And as a bonus, I use the USB ports to power my Chromecast and a few other devices - that's a lot better than plugging in bulky adapters.

Pros
  • Expensive but decent
Cons
  • Trade in available

It has separate switches

and the springs are firm enough not to be accidentally switched on or off. Well, I think so, but the book has to be heavy enough to tell. It has a flat head on the cable which is handy but not the length of the cable. I wish I could reach 10 feet. All in all a good deal for the money. Plus, it's easy to sign up and get a 30-month warranty.

Pros
  • Large selection
Cons
  • You could choose a newer model

Reliable power supply with separate switches

Reliable power supply with separate switches for each outlet. Ideal for power tool chargers so you don't have to leave it on all the time. can have 1/2/3 or 4 in any order. I wish they had rocker switches but I knew they didn't have them when I ordered them.

Pros
  • Don't waste too much time
Cons
  • Nothing

Practical overvoltage protection with USB changer

I was looking for an overvoltage protection with the option of switching a separate socket on and off. Stumbled across this model which also has a built in USB charger (25W, 5 ports, max 2.4A per port, 5A total). Overall this is a good product with some positives and a few things buyers should be aware of. Pros: - looks pretty solid - lots of space around the sockets - switches work well (no problems so far) Features (caution): - only 4 sockets - although lots of space around the large power…

Good surge protector

Did a lot of research on my requirements and found this one and another. I wanted a flat fork and it pointed to the right, which is good for me. I don't really need the USB ports, but they were a nice touch, and the power they put out is better than regular surge protectors. The only thing I didn't like was the lack of LED indicators to show the switch was on. . Since each fork has its own individual derailleur, I think this is important. Also, many reviews said that there is an LED backlight…

Pros
  • Always liked
Cons
  • I won't say anything

Decent product, let's talk about durability

Seems durable. The cord is about 4 feet long and the plug is at a 10 o'clock angle, which sits quite oddly on my outlet. Luckily I can't confirm the functionality of the overvoltage protection yet. There are no screw holes or hooks on the bottom to attach the band. The buttons would be perfect if the LEDs on them lit at all, but that's evident when the button is pressed. I would also prefer 5 ports + 4 USB ports than vice versa, but I guess that's personal preference. Hope the surge protector…

  • Solid finish
