Great buy if your board supports m.2 drives 110mm long

Upgraded after 1 month I'm still very happy with it, still fast and no regrets Crazy TBW durability! My 960GB shows up correctly as 894GB, which is also correct at a linear read speed of 2440MB/s in benchmarks using Aida64 hard drive benchmarks. I had a hard time reading the advertised true 1700mb but found it happened under some rare conditions if you are lucky and the moon hits the water at right angles blah blah blah maybe another test would be ideal attachment. but it reads all my other…

Pros
  • This is great
Cons
  • Expensive

Great cheap solid state drive data storage

Hardware scanner shows they were indeed renamed from "Team Group". After the launch of the Crystal brand, it is practically on par with other SSDs in this price range. So if you're using a mechanical hard drive, you'll see a big difference in boot times. However, if you already have an SSD, I'd look elsewhere and spend a little more for faster sequential reads. But for what it is and at $19.99, it's a good deal.

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

Not so fast and a bit bold

This is a longer industrial hard drive form factor. The claimed speed of 1700Mbps is closer to 1000. It's a bit thick as there are features on both sides of the PCB. To install it I had to remove the rubber bumper from the motherboard. Significantly longer than a standard 22110 length drive. Obviously I can't test the write endurance so time will tell if the numbers are correct given the actual tested read speed of 1000MB/s which is not good for a DRAM drive to play or rarely rebooted the…

Pros
  • Great for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Some bugs

Incredible value for money, best in computers and accessories

I understand people criticizing this for not having the highest speeds, but unless you're doing something that really requires the fastest ride I have to say that this is the best value for money in the m.2 form factor. I have used it as extra storage for a beehive and will most likely be a second stick for my son's gaming laptop. The closest action is easily 50% more expensive.

Pros
  • best
Cons
  • socket required

Great cheap SSD on internal SSDs

Hardware scanner revealed they were actually made by "Team Group" which has just been rebranded.

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Cable is shorter than other options
