The user interface of this software has been very simple to use, which makes it easy even if you are not familiar with GPS or GIS systems at all! I would like more options available in terms of map design (eg customising maps; colours etc). This system works well as long as your data quality meets their requirements - i haven't noticed any issues so far but there may be some that aren't apparent until later when using them in other projects/applications. I love that it's very easy to use, and you can customize it as much or as little as you want. It has been great for my business. There are some features that I wish were not so expensive to have. For example, we would like to have a way to send out more than one email at a time, but it doesn't currently do that.
