Their support is non-existent and a robot only answers most of their questions. I've been getting just the worst answers from their support bot. If a human answers, it's always an incompetent one. I would highly encourage to use another exchange and not this. A lot of people have been complaining about this platform. Check other review sites for this if you decide to use.
