Review on Kraken by Philip Hampson

The web site is the most unstable of all the exchanges I have used. It is unavailable during peak periods for hours on end. Regular error messages when trying to trade.



Customer service is a joke, all they do is say that they can't do anything as there is a specialist department for everything. Unfortunately the specialist departments never get back to you.



I deposited a large amount of money into a verified business account via wire. Kraken put a hold on these funds even though they had the cash in their bank account. So far four days and I cant get any information on what they are doing with my money or even get them to return it!



Fees may be low, but you get what you pay for. You will most certainly lose more money trading on Krakens unreliable site with no support than you could ever pay in fees.
