Review on MintCoin by Paul Maduagwu

Revainrating 3 out of 5

MintCoin has been around almost as long as bitcoin.

MintCoin $Mint is its own blockchain. With $mint users are able to send funds anywhere in the world and at low transaction cost. Though with 30 seconds blocktime as seen on Coingeko, $Mint maybe a ble to send your funds quickly but is still a bit slow compared to other top blockchain projects.
At the time of writing this review its price is hovering around $0.0001 according to Coinmarketcap. $Mint offers a form of staking which it calls "Minting", $Mint holders earn passive income automatically when they hold their coins in the official wallet for over 20 days. Holders have to open their wallets and let it synchronize every 20 days to get the minting rewards. The best part being that users/holders don't have to be online 24/7 to take part in minting.

Pros
  • Open source project.
  • Low transaction cost.
  • Wallet support for major Desktop operating systems.
  • Holders can earning passive income by Minting.
Cons
  • Available for trade on few Exchanges.
  • Blocktime 30 seconds.
  • Low social media activity.
