These fantastic sandals are incredibly well made. They look exactly like the photo but note we had a heel strap because it was a toddler size. I'm glad they are water legal and don't soil his feet when wet unlike some cloth shoes. Now when it comes to the fit they feel a bit tight and long compared to his other size 7 sandals. People with wide or swollen feet may find them uncomfortable after a period of use. The strap at the back is also a much stronger and thicker elastic than usual so they weigh me down a lot less than I expected and while it helps secure his leg at the same time I have a feeling they will be firmly when he grows up a little. . In this case I just cut them off.
