These tablets are small and easy to swallow. I feel like my stomach and breath are clearer after taking it. I don't feel like I had big problems from the start. My main mouthwash was Scope Outlast Peppermint and I think it does the job very well. This is a 5 hour mouthwash and it really is a fantastic breakthrough product. But I think it's a good idea to take those pills too - to cover all the bases. These tablets offer 3 hours of protection so between that and the 5 hour scope I definitely feel confident with my breath. And it's a pretty quick and easy mode. Recommended.
