I've colored my hair since I was 15 years old. What. about 20 years of hair coloring (give or take a few years). I had every hair color in the world. I had highlights too. I even played with unnatural colors a bit. I was happy to try this product which turned out to be even better than I expected! My hair is currently red (light brown/strawberry blonde to be exact) so I tended towards reddish/pink at first. I thought the streaks I added looked very natural, like highlights! The second color I used was blue. I added some blue streaks to frame my face and I love that too. I might be getting too old for blue hair, but it's still fun to play around with in the comfort of your own home. A color I will NOT use? Silver! At my age it would look like I had prematurely gray hair. I'll probably throw this one away but the other colors are great. I also really like that the product is UK based. It's easy to apply, easy to rinse off and fun to play with! A small disadvantage? The mascara brush is not my favorite thing in the world. This makes the application process a bit slow. In my opinion it would be better if it was more like a nail polish brush.
