I bought this for my 6 year old daughter because her school had a crazy hair day several times a month. The nice thing is that it comes with 6 colors and they all look amazing. Putting it in the hair was a little tricky because I would have to wear multiple coats, great if your kid is sitting still. Even with a few coats, it's not that bright. When she got home from school, there was almost nothing left. It's applied with a wand-type mascara, making it relatively easy to apply. The tubes are a bit small and since it takes multiple uses it all goes away quickly.
