I did not read the reviews, I. Last resort because it was the only reflective vinyl that was NOT HTV and was the best. Other reviews at a discount. Terrible stuff. They rolled it so tight my plotter slipped and 1/4 of the roll was wrinkled, creased and cracked. I am so crazy about this purchase. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.* However, I will say that the reflection is on top. But looks. But you don't have to worry at all. I didn't pay $13 for 30 inches for a baby to get 20 inches.

Bought to make a sign on a vinyl cutter and the product is exactly what I expected. It's pretty reflective. I've used in the past so I was expecting some processing/cutting issues. Unlike vinyl, which is intended for sign making, there is some inconsistency in both thickness and strength. You will never use "light grass" to describe weeding. This product corresponds to the description. It comes in a tube and is easy to open and get to work. I had a more complicated pattern I wanted to use on our Cricut - like car vinyl with letters, numbers and the like, but this vinyl doesn't like to weed or tear easily. When you pull it back it tears easily where you didn't cut and ruin my design.
