Great product for toy football

This is a very good product. We usually take it to the park and play with friends. Good way to stay active. When thrown, the ball flies very far and makes a noise. In addition, the material is very soft.

Pros
  • Best in its niche
Cons
  • Nothing

Terrible quality - major design flaw

I ordered two. One for me, one to give away. The first broke and the second broke when I took it out of the box. Both broke in the same place. The fins are protected by tiny plastic and will break if you barely touch them. Good luck trying to catch it without breaking it. The biggest design flaw.

Pros
  • Delivery was very quick
Cons
  • Small things

Turn Fin Ring

When I first tried it I was disappointed, as was the previous reviewer. I couldn't get it to fit into a nice tight spiral as expected. As a result, he didn't get far. I did a little research and found that you have to turn the fin ring with your right or left hand depending on the cast. Once I do that, it works like magic - it turns into a beautiful spiral and goes far.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Vulgarity

Expect it to break right away.

Like many other people who bought this, my sonic fin broke. All three fins broke off which was very disappointing. If you look at the fixation of the fins, it becomes clear that the sound fin has no chance of staying intact for long. It's held in place by a brittle piece of plastic about 3mm in diameter. After this piece has broken off, nothing keeps the fins on the football. I recommend having superglue on hand and permanently taping it into the position (either right hand or left hand) that…

ABSOLUTELY TRASH! POSSIBLY THE WORST PRODUCT I HAVE EVER BUYED

If I could give zero stars I would. This supposedly "farthest-flying football” barely reaches a few meters. Aerobie used to be a good brand, and now it seems corporate greed has ruined it. Don't try to catch him or he will hurt your hand. A piece of junk, a waste of money and will disappoint your kids. Seriously, maybe the worst product I've ever bought! If I seem angry, I am. I'm fed up with companies that scam people with false advertising and then knowingly ship this non-working shit…

Pros
  • Pretty packaging
Cons
  • Not sure

Be sure to read the instructions for amazing results

The sonic fin is amazing when properly adjusted and cast. The reason it works so well is because it's not a regular projectile, it's a gyroscopic hydrofoil. Read the instructions. Adjustable fins should be properly set for left-handed or right-handed and adjusted for how hard you can throw. The more we practiced, the better we got - it's so much fun to fine-tune. Thrown at the right angle, it magically flies towards the ground like no other ball. Everyone who set it up correctly loved their…

Pros
  • An absolute legend
Cons
  • Modern

Russell Wilson promotes this ball to be thrown 100 yards. Of course, if you're an NFL QB or a top athlete, you can reach 75+. But this soccer ball doesn't fly right no matter how you calibrate it. First, he's too light to throw hard enough to get that far. Second, because of the hard plastic of the thing's inner casing, it's painful to catch. Finally, if you have big hands (I'm 9.5 inches, so they're not huge), you're going to have a hard time grabbing the ball let alone starting a perfect…

DO NOT BUY THIS TOY. COMPLETE TRASH!

Sonic Fin Football is a TERRIBLE TOY that does not work as advertised. In short, this is complete DOF, falsely selling promises of distance and fun. The ball malfunctions, causing an unstable wobble that quickly falls to the ground. There is a ring to adjust the launcher for both right and left hand. We've tried both ways and they work just as badly. It works like a failed scientific experiment. If you try to catch this piece of junk it could cause injury as it is made of hard plastic and sharp

  • Perfect for outdoor activities

Does NOT work as advertised

Good to start with - the packaging is nice although it stands out equally in both English and French which causes some confusion. but this is completely counterintuitive and contradictory. Why do you need instructions to throw the ball (if you can even call it that)? And God forbid, one player is right-handed and the other left-handed. In this case, each throw must be recalibrated in order to throw the tail correctly. Worse, it hurts. It has hard hard plastic in both its nose and tail, so it's…

Pros
  • Lots of positive vibes
Cons
  • So so
