Okay, but has to match Ring's scope for theft.

My Arlo doorbell is connected to a camera at the front gate. It's about 100 feet from the base station and appears to be on the edge of the system's range (assuming it's within 300 feet of line of sight). The issue I have with range is system wide rather than camera specific. After setting up the doorbell, everything works fine and the sound is clear. Let me first say that this is a really good product. This is a bit unconventional, as it doesn't fit common practice to embed a camera in a doorbell. Instead, it connects your Arlo system's camera to it. Pros: Comes with everything needed for installation including a screwdriver. - Motion sensor works well - Integrates well with existing wired doorbells. - support of smartphone applications, including duplex voice communications - pre-programmed doorbell responses - does not count towards your…

I'm a big fan of Arlo cameras (Arlo Pro in particular) and have been patiently waiting for an Arlo doorbell solution to pair with my installed cameras very excited when Arlo's doorbell rang recently. INITIAL VISION: Overall good concept but very poor execution of the product to be sold. I have to admit that I'm very disappointed with this first iteration of Arlo, I think they could have done much better since it's not a complex technology. Based on my initial observations and interactions, I…
