Worked great for 1 ride.

I read the reviews and hoped I wouldn't mind mono sound or questionable sound quality. I charged it up and used it during a short drive around town. I had sound from all speakers, and while it's not the last word on sound quality, it was more than passable for a $20 unit. Unfortunately that was the last time it worked. I thought maybe the battery was dead, but even after long charging (the LED is on while charging) it won't turn on. I tried to see if he would come back to life on several…

Great sound and a great way to add Bluetooth to an old car

I have an Arsvita Car Audio Bluetooth wireless cassette receiver for use with the factory stereo in a 2004 Honda CR-V. I first tried a Bluetooth FM transmitter but didn't like the sound quality and didn't like the inconvenience of having to keep changing frequencies/stations to check for unused frequencies when I was only going 20 miles. Arsvita's sound quality is much better than I expected, with clean highs and good bass. I slightly adjusted the bass and treble controls on the car stereo and…

I finally have Bluetooth in my 2005 Camry!

Exactly what I was looking for! I wanted to remove my standard radio and replace it with a second one with a Bluetooth enabled radio, but found this one instead. Pairing took a few seconds and every time I plugged it in, the connection was flawless. I really like the battery life as one charge is enough for weekly rides. Yes, it needs to be charged, but that's not a big problem since I have a lot of chargers in my car, home, and office.

Poor sound quality

It was very easy to use and connect etc. But in my 2002 Subaru wrx car it sounded terrible. The noise was only coming from one side of the car and it was very static and sounded like a tin can. Once I managed to play all speakers decently, but it was still poor. There was no bass, and when it was, it sounded bad, like it was disconnected and bad contact. I know there isn't a bad connection or anything with my cassette player because I still have a wired cassette adapter and it sounds good and…

Two failures in a row

I am disappointed. Given the great reviews for this product, I really expected it to work! I bought this to listen to music in my 2001 Toyota Camry. My phone doesn't have a headphone jack so I figured it would be more convenient than wired ones. I received it, fully charged and tried it. The audio was distorted and incredibly quiet. I had to turn up the volume in my car and phone just to hear the music ONLY. This is in a cassette deck where other cassettes and similar stations work fine, which…
