Cons
  • interval

Very wide kerf, VERY rough cut

Bought for a tricycle from B&D which I use for finishing work. Well, not with this blade. I do not recommend. POWERTEC 13162 is much better (also bought here after I threw that blade away).

Pros
  • Hands free
Cons
  • Mostly ok but...

The blade has a very aggressive tooth arrangement. Only .

The disc has a very aggressive tooth pattern. I've only used it once so far and it cuts quickly but leaves a jagged pattern on the work. Don't buy if you want a smooth cut.

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • Hard to say

very rough cut on bandsaws

cut through 8/4 maple so can't be mad about it but looked like it was chewed through rather than cut through. Also, the blade broke after about 10 feet of cutting. I almost cut through 2 guitar bodies before the blade broke. This blade costs $6, so you can't expect it to last forever.

Pros
  • very good price
Cons
  • piggy bank price

very roughly cut

cut through 8/4 maple so I can't blame him but it looked like it was chewed through instead of cut through. Also, the blade broke after about 10 feet of cutting. I almost cut through 2 guitar bodies before the blade broke. This blade costs $6, so you can't expect it to last forever.

Pros

Cons
  • expensive

Dull and easy to break

These band saw blades are junk. You can cut through styrofoam or soft pine, but nothing denser. I bought 4 of these and they all broke within 3 minutes of use. I know how to use a band saw and how much pressure to apply when pushing material through the blade and I can tell you they do NOT do a decent job of cutting. Spend the extra money and buy good blades.

Pros
  • This is great
Cons
  • Some flaws

Very rough cut

I ordered them because of the price and the brand. I thought they were better than the Powertech models I've used. YOU ARE NOT. They leave a very wide cut, that is, rough. Powertech blades leave a relatively smooth, straight cut, while they are rough and tend to wander no matter how hard I tug on them. The only thing they do better is they cut fast, but if I have to grind all the cuts 5 times longer than Poeertech, they're not worth the money.

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • Crumpled
