I recommend everyone to buy this item if you have trouble carrying a heavy or medium camera. I have fibromyalgia so am very sensitive to pressure and some of the fabrics are too rough but it is so nice on the neck and doesn't leave any pressure points. Updated rating: I emailed Sugelary about a plug problem. They sent a new and correct strap for the camera and received it within a week. New grey, not black, which doesn't bother me. The gray color is much better than the Revain pics. It's a medium gray with no blue tones.
