Like most chacos, they're pretty comfortable. Arch support is good but not perfect. I have a high arch and am prone to plantar fasciitis, so arch support is important to me. I found the straps on this model (after trying a few colors) to be a bit stiffer and the edges harder and rougher than my super sensitive feet are willing to handle.
