Nothing has been lost in the mail yet.

I work in a medical laboratory where we occasionally send samples to other (reference) laboratories. Our current supplier has started charging ridiculous prices for 20 pack mailer/packaging bags. We ordered these which will last us at least a few months. The package stays and we have no problem scanning the labels inside. We didn't lose a single copy in transit so it does the job.

Pros
  • Size: 6" x 9", 100 in total.
Cons
  • Socket required

Works but difficult to keep label in pocket when applying

I've used the bottom loading version of these bags before with no problems. They work great; The adhesive is very strong and they fit 1/2 page labels easily. Due to the side load, the label wants to slip out of the bag when it is applied, and when it hits the adhesive it stays stuck. There is still no reliable method for their application; will probably go back to bottom loading for my next order.

Pros
  • Strong adhesive backing for various surfaces
Cons
  • Can't remember

Adhesion is excellent on these packaging envelopes, but the plastic is too thin - almost like cling film! Special care is required to prevent the envelope from sticking to itself; and once this is the case, the envelope will be damaged along with the delivery note/label. The surgeon needs less attention and care when performing a triple bypass. Out of 200 envelopes maybe 50-75 will stick successfully. I'll throw this away and buy real packaging envelopes.

Pros
  • Easy and quick application, just peel off the backing paper and stick to the packaging
Cons
  • Not bad, but...
