Great heater for a small aquarium

My daughter has a betta in her 1.2 gallon tank. Before buying this heater, the water was only room temperature, around 70-72 degrees. The poor thing was cold. Now he's much happier with a new thermometer and this 5 watt aquarium heater! I love that this heater can just be plugged in and left alone. It always keeps the water within 79-82 degrees. The price was right too. It worked for 30 seconds right out of the box, no adjustments needed except rinsing it, putting it in water and sucking it out

Warms a 1.5 liter tank by 10 degrees. Excellent heating.

My 1.5 gallon tank started in 60 degrees in the morning. I put in a household lightbulb and heated it up to 72 indoors. All day long alone I raised the temperature to 68 degrees. A 5w heater arrived and I followed the instructions. I called the service number for instructions to make sure it had to be dipped under the cable. You are the service department. replied immediately and gave me instructions. They were nice and helped immediately. The line is below the waterline. After the heater had…

Nice little heater, make sure to get the air out of it.

I would buy it again, it heats my 1.5 gallon thin wall plastic tank from 70F to 77F. It only has one suction cup, not two like the picture. It doesn't have a thermostat and is always on, so make sure you choose the right power for your aquarium size. The packaging states that this 5W unit is suitable for a 1.2 gallon tank. The package also says to buy a 10-watt 2.4-gallon unit, a 15-watt 3.6-gallon unit, and a 20-watt 4.8-gallon unit. Make sure you get all the air out of it before turning it…
