A bit tight and hot to wear (good in winter, worse in summer). For the price I don't think I can go wrong. Jiu-Jitsu rash guards always look fancy and I like that this one is simpler but for some reason it doesn't breathe that well.

Rashguard/track shirt is durable and feels good. The material feels strong. Haven't used it on the beach yet but I think it will work fine. I originally bought L but upgraded to XL. It was a little tight on the sides and I'm slim. I'm 5'11, 182-184, bust 44. If you're 5'11 take XL. See image.

These compression shirts are very well constructed and seem almost unbreakable. They appear to be much stronger and more durable than any other high quality compression shirt currently on the market and cost a lot less. The stitching is remarkably strong and seems to stand the test of time and abuse. I recommend it to anyone interested in quality repairs at affordable prices. Many Thanks.

I bought this rashguard for BJJ. This is my first rashguard so I have no comparison but compared to my other sportswear it costs about 5-10 times more. The seams are thick, the fabric is comfortable. I was between small and medium and chose medium. There is a lot of extra tissue around the biceps in my opinion, but otherwise the fit is nice and snug. I'm 6'150 if you want to use that as a guide for your fit. If I order again I might try a small one.

Most are still in good condition, used weekly and machine washed after one use. Black is a good color when you have noticeable fat that you want to hide. Light colors make your flabby tummy look much better. They work well as a base layer in winter and alone in summer too. They absorb sweat and dry quickly. And they don't even smell after all…

I was looking for an alternative to the more expensive Under Armor or Nike brands and based on previous reviews I settled on the Hawk. The product is comfortable to wear and does not cause movement problems in BJJ or in the gym. Garment compression seems to be more general than UA or Nike compression that supports specific muscle areas.
