Standard 1/4-inch NPT desiccant air filter with 1/4-inch Female and Male inlet/outlet. Pressure range is between 90 to 150 PSI with recommended operating pressure of 90 PSI and 22 CFM. Reliably remove oil, dirt, moisture, and water from the air line to ensure only clean air is used for quality results. Achieve moisture-free compressed air with Le Lematec Desiccant air compressor water separator for optimal spray painting action and any dry air applications. Easy color change indicator as the desiccant beads turns from blue to pink when the filter needs replacing. Quickly change desiccant beads without needing any tools. Includes 1 roll of Teflon tape for airtight secure connections. Desiccant granules are NOT replaceable

I saw two places in the description that say the desiccant granules are replaceable. When I received the filter I tried to unscrew the case from the top but I couldn't. Since there were no instructions, I read the ENTIRE description in hopes of figuring out how to replace the beads. I found instructions on how to buy a new filter. it goes back

Easy to use - locks in moisture

My 60 gallon Husky sheds a lot of moisture. I was preparing to spray Raptor Liner on two Dodge truck bodies, so I needed an easy to apply solution that would catch the last drops of moisture escaping my 3/8 inch in-line filter. After some research I bought this 1/4" air filter dryer and it worked perfectly. The filter was just the right size so by the time I finished spraying a bed the desiccant was ready for replacement. Best for low flow, light/hobby.

This is well made and works as advertised. However, it only holds 9 grams of desiccant (about half an ounce by volume). Turns pink incredibly quickly, even with light use. But it definitely works. I have no complaints about this product but would advise anyone needing anything more than very low flow rates to look for a larger solution. Also, please note that the same trap is available from Horror Fright's online store for less than half the price. I would suggest getting a pound of desiccant…
